下载、访问或使用 Portable Komari（以下简称“本应用”），即表示你同意受本服务协议约束。如果你不同意，请不要使用本应用。

By downloading, accessing or using Portable Komari (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Portable Komari 是一款 Komari 状态查看工具，帮助用户连接自己的 Komari 实例并查看节点状态、资源占用和流量信息。本应用按“现状”提供，仅供个人、非商业用途使用。

Portable Komari is a Komari status viewer that helps users connect to their own Komari instances and view node status, resource usage and traffic data. The App is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use only.

你有责任维护 Komari 服务地址、访问令牌和其他凭据的安全性。请勿将令牌分享给未经授权的第三方。

You are responsible for keeping Komari server URLs, access tokens and other credentials secure. Do not share tokens with unauthorized third parties.

你保留对输入本应用的配置和从自有 Komari 实例读取的数据的全部权利。本应用不会向我们收集或上传这些数据。

You retain all rights to the configuration you enter and data read from your own Komari instances. The App does not collect or upload this data to us.

本应用及其代码、设计、标志和品牌归 Portable Komari 所有，并受著作权和其他知识产权法律保护。

The App and its code, design, logo and branding are owned by Portable Komari and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作任何明示或默示保证。我们不保证本应用始终不中断、无错误或安全，也不保证第三方或自托管 Komari 实例始终可用。

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that third-party or self-hosted Komari instances will always be available.

8. 责任限制

8. Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，Portable Komari 不对因你使用本应用而产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括数据丢失。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portable Komari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. 终止

如我们认为你的行为违反本协议或损害其他用户或第三方，我们有权暂停或终止你对本应用的访问。

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms other users or third parties.

10. 适用法律

10. Governing Law

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据其解释。因本协议产生的任何争议，应提交该司法辖区法院解决。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction.

我们保留随时更新本协议的权利。变更后继续使用本应用，即表示你接受新的条款。

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
